All import fees are the buyers responsibilities
The artist will ensure the artwork is packaged safely before shipping. If there is any damage in the shipment process it is not the responsibilitiy of the artist to make any repairs, refunds or exchanges.
The artist will always purchase package protection as part of the shipment. Therefore, if there is an issue with the shipment please get in touch and we will work together to sort it out.
Please allow up to 7 days for the artist to ensure the artwork is packaged safely before shipping.
