Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFO

Please read carefully:

All artwork is either stretched and ready to hang on your wall, or it says "rolled" in the title, meaning that it will be rolled in a tube. Tori does not cover the cost of stretching it once it has been purchased. The price will be adjusted to reflect this. 

Please typically allow 3-5 Business Days for Order Processing & Fulfillment

After checkout, once the order is confirmed, we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking, if available.

Once the artwork has been shipped, it is not my responsibility if it arrives damaged or broken. If it does happen to be damaged, file a claim with the courier, all artwork will come with insurance. If it is damage and you contact me, I will see what I can do on a case by case circumstance.

If you live locally, I can have it hand delivered and will reach out to confirm timing if this option is available to you.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

USA/Australia/New Zealand: 1 Week (approx. 5-7 business days)

Canada: 1 Week

Europe: 1-2 Weeks (approx. 10-14 business days)

UK: 1-2 Weeks

Other: location dependent. 

Order Delivery is varied dependant on your location. Please allow 5-7 Business Days before reaching out to better estimate your timing.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for a delay include:

1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country

2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft 

3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others

 

PROCESSING & TRACKING

Tori Swanson processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Tracking Numbers are NOT mandatory, and instead are a provided as a courtesy to our customers.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Tori Swanson does not offer return, exchanges, nor refunds.

CUSTOMS

Tori Swanson is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.

 

CURRENCY

All orders are processed in CAD at the most current exchange rate.

  

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Tori Swanson has the right to charge a fee of up to $100.00 for all US orders and up to $100.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped. 

 

CANADA POST STRIKE

In the event of a Canada Post Strike, all Canadian orders will be processed, awaiting fulfillment when the shipping option becomes available. If you place an order with a Canadian Shipping Address, our support team will contact you via email for further instructions. Please note, all wait times and delays occurred as a result of the Canada Post Strike do not fall within the allowable timeline outlined above in our Shipping Times.
